Travis Demers came to The FAN in September of 2003 after graduating from the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University with a degree in broadcasting. He is currently the morning drive update anchor from 6-noon, and fills in for Isaac Ropp on Primetime when he takes one of his many vacations. Travis is the play by play voice of The FAN's high school football coverage, and can be seen on Comcast SportsNet on a variety of shows, including as sideline reporter for OSN's coverage of the Oregon Ducks. Since moving from New York, Travis has been the morning traffic reporter on KATU TV in Portland, the radio voice of the Portland LumberJax, formerly of the NLL, and pops up frequently on various networks in a freelance role. Dusty Harrah came to The FAN in the spring of 2008 from Southern Oregon University, where he studied Journalism and was a member of the football and track teams for the Raiders. Harrah, was born and raised just 15 miles from The FAN studios, in Hillsboro, Ore., where he graduated from Glencoe High School in 2003. Juggling sports, school and broadcasting, Harrah was the play-by-play commentator for Crater High School’s football and basketball teams, in Central Point, Ore., the associate Sports Information Director at SOU, station manager of KSOC (SOU’s student radio station), and hosted the only sports talk show in the Rogue Valley “Raider Sports Talk” during his years in Southern Oregon. Harrah got his foot in the door at The FAN as an intern in the summer of 2006, as Jason Swygard’s errand boy. He got his first shot on the air with The FAN roaming the sidelines for high school football broadcasts in the fall of 2008 and now serves as the mid-day update anchor during the Dan Patrick Show.
